SUCCOTASH

I N G R E D I E N T S
10-ounce whole kernel
corn (frozen)
10-ounce cut okra
15-ounce canned

tomatoes (undrained)
½ cup chopped onions
Tabasco sauce to taste
Salt and black pepper
to taste

1 Combine lima beans, margarine, corn, tomatoes,
onions, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper in a pan.
2 Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20
minutes.

3 Add okra and cook for 10 more minutes.
